Refund Policy
Wisconsin Vintners Association
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
The following refund policy applies to anyone using the Wisconsin Vintners Association web site.
- Membership dues are generally non-refundable once payment is processed. If a payment was made in error, members can request a review.
- Event registrations follow the event terms, but by default they allow full refunds if a cancellation is received by the registration deadline. Cancellations after the registration deadline are not eligible. Club cancellations trigger full refunds.
- To request a refund eMail treasurer@wisconsinvintners.org. Please include your name, payment date and amount and a reason. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Refunds will be the amount paid minus any service fees incurred by the club.
